Service Fees & Insurance

The cost of therapy can be a barrier for many, and this practice recognizes it as such. My hope is that you treat your experience in therapy as an investment in yourself, and recognize that you are deserving of investing in this type of professional support. 

Initial 20 minute Consultation: $0

Initial 75 minute Assessment: $175

55 minute Individual Therapy session: $150

Phone calls or sessions longer than 16 minutes: Hourly rate prorated.

Insurance Accepted in Oregon:    BCBS, MODA and AETNA. 

Insurance Accepted in New Mexico: AETNA, MODA, United Healthcare/UBH 

All other Services must be paid out of pocket, a sliding scale fee can be offered for significant financial need.

Fees are due at the time of service. Payments are accepted via credit or debit card, which is uploaded to the portal and charged each session.
